1月30日下午，为了进一步开拓东南亚客源市场，促进与菲律宾的旅游交流与合作，“2018三亚旅游资源推介暨菲律宾同业交流座谈会”于三亚崖州湾度假村希尔顿格芮精选酒店成功举办。此次座谈会由三亚市旅游发展委员会指导，海南联合航空旅游集团有限公司主办。三亚市海防与口岸局局长左正和、三亚市旅游发展委员会推广科科长庞永达、海南联合航空旅游集团副总裁吴凡、菲律宾阳光国际旅行社总经理Henry Tan、菲律宾航空公司代表及30位菲律宾旅游同业考察团应邀出席。
        On the afternoon of January 30, in order to further explore the Southeast Asian  market and promote tourism exchanges and cooperation with the Philippines, the "2018 Sanya Tourism Resources Promotion and Philippines Tourism and Cultural Communicate Meeting" was successfully held at the Curio Collection By Hilton in Sanya Yazhou Bay Resort. The meeting was guided by the Sanya Tourism Development Committee and hosted by Hainan United Airlines Travel Group Co., Ltd. Mr Zuo Zhenghe, Director of Sanya Haiphong and Port Bureau, Mr Pang Yongda, Chief, Outreach Section of Sanya Tourism Development Committee, Mr Wu Fan, Vice President of Hainan United Airlines Travel Group Co., Ltd, Mr Henry Tan, General Manager of Philippines Sunshine International Travel Service, Philippine Airlines Representative and 30 Philippine Travel delegation was invited to attend the meeeting.
 

 

       此次座谈会，旨在大力宣传三亚丰富的热带滨海旅游资源和独特的人文风情，充分展示三亚包容、美丽、时尚、浪漫的精品旅游城市形象，加强与菲律宾旅游同业之间的交流、合作，不断提高三亚国际知名度、美誉度和国际化水平，促进三亚入境量持续增长。
       This meeting aims to promote Sanya's rich tropical coastal resources and unique humanities, fully display the impression of inclusive, beautiful, fashionable and romantic, and strengthen exchanges and cooperation with the Philippine tourism. Continuously improve Sanya's international reputation and international level, and promote the continued growth of Sanya's inbound person number.
 

 

       会上，三亚市海防与口岸局领导局长左正和向菲律宾旅游同业考察团详细介绍讲解了我省免签及落地签等便利的入境政策。左正和表示，目前菲律宾游客五人以上团队游客前往海南旅游可享受团队入境海南15天免签优惠政策，此外，海南也是中国唯一实施入境旅客离境购物退税和旅客离岛免税购物政策的省份。
       At the meeting, Mr Zuo Zhenghe, the director of the Sanya Haiphong and Port Bureau, gave a detailed introduction to convenience of immigration and visa-free entry policy to the Group of Philippine. Mr Zuo Zhenghe said that at present, more than five tourists’ group from the Philippines can travel to Hainan to enjoy the fifteen-day visa exemption policy. In addition, Hainan is also the only province in China that implements the tax refund policy for inbound passengers and the duty-free shopping policy for passengers.
 

       
       随后，三亚市旅游发展委员会推广科科长庞永达向考察团全体嘉宾表示了热烈的欢迎，庞永达表示三亚和菲律宾许多城市一样，具有丰富的旅游资源和多样性的文化，集阳光、海水、沙滩、森林、温泉、历史古迹、民族风情等旅游资源于一体，是世界上热带滨海旅游资源最丰富、最密集、最完整的地区之一。自2010年中国政府批准海南建设国际旅游岛以来，三亚作为海南国际旅游岛建设的排头兵，不断出台新的旅游政策、开发旅游资源，改善旅游环境，旅游产品和服务体系得到了很大提升。
       Subsequently, Mr Pang Yongda, Mr Pang Yongda, Chief, Outreach Section of Sanya Tourism Development Committee, expressed warm welcome to all the guests. Pang Yongda said that Sanya has rich tourism resources and diverse culture like many cities in the Philippines, including sunlight, sea, beach, forests, hot springs, historical sites, ethnic customs and others. They are one of the richest, densest and most complete areas of tropical coastal tourism resources in the world. Since build Hainan international tourist island in 2010 allowed by the Chinese government, Sanya, as a vanguard, has continuously introduced new tourism policies, developed tourism resources, improved the environment, and greatly improved the tourism products and service system.
 

 

       接下来，海南联合航空旅游集团副总裁吴凡向菲律宾考察团介绍了三亚市优越的旅游资源及优质的旅游产品，并与考察团交流国际市场营销经验，共同探讨、研究、制定针对菲律宾市场的旅游推广方式和产品设计。
       Next, Mr Wu Fan, Vice President of Hainan United Airlines Travel Group Co., Ltd, introduced the superior tourism resources and high-quality products of Sanya to the Philippine delegation, and exchanged international marketing experience with the them. And he also talked about how to explore, research, develop the market, tourism promotion methods and product design whicn are suitable to the Philippines. 
 

 

       通过座谈会上的宣传，海南独具特色的旅游资源与旅游产品，引起菲律宾同业考察团的浓厚兴趣。菲律宾考察团对海南、三亚旅游资源表示高度肯定，双方在旅游优惠政策、接待条件、产品特色等方面进行了深入交流。会议中，菲律宾方考察团代表发表致辞，并向全体参会人员分享了本次考察体验。他表示，菲律宾旅游资源丰富多样，旅游业是菲律宾主要经济来源，当前菲律宾与海南、三亚的合作较少，可开拓的合作空间很大，计划未来将加强菲律宾与海南、三亚的合作交流力度，携手共同促进旅游和经济的全方面发展。
       Through the propaganda at the meeting, Philippine delegation was interested in Hainan's unique tourism resources and products. The Philippine delegation expressed high affirmation of tourism resources in Hainan and Sanya. The two sides conducted in-depth exchanges on tourism preferential policies, reception conditions and product features. During the meeting, representatives of the Philippine delegation shared the experience of the visit to all participants. He said that the Philippines has rich and diverse tourism resources. Tourism is the main source of economic resources in the Philippines. Currently, the Philippines has less cooperation with Hainan and Sanya, and there is a lot of room for cooperation. It is planned to strengthen cooperation and exchanges between the Philippines and Hainan and Sanya in the future. Work together to promote the full development of tourism and the economy.
 

 

       据悉，海南联合航空旅游集团有限公司计划将于今年开通海南—菲律宾定期航班，届时，将为菲律宾客人来海南包括三亚旅游、探亲及进行商务活动提供便捷通道，也为菲律宾与三亚两地进一步深入开展旅游合作、携手发展旅游事业提供便利。
       It is reported that Hainan United Airlines Travel Group Co., Ltd. plans to open a scheduled flight from Hainan-Philippines this year. And it will provide convenient access for Philippines guests to travel to Hainan, including Sanya, visiting relatives and conducting business activities, and further deepen the Philippines and Sanya. It is convenient to carry out tourism cooperation and work together to develop tourism.
